Tribute Eyebrow, locally called Gong Mei, is processed more then Silver Needle and White Peony and is therefore cosidered a 3rd grade tea.
Eyebrow teas are named for the long, thin, crescent-shaped leaves. The leaves come from small tea trees named Xiao Bai. Tea consists of young leaves and no buds. Aged after oxidation, the Tribute Eyebrow offers a dark, full brew with an earthy taste. It is a popular drink in many Chinese teahouses and is sometimes served with Dim Sum.
